Sept 8th 2022 2:55 PM MST Our development team has discovered the cause of the slowness to be associated with the management of decision diamond rules in our backend. We're continuing our investigation to pinpoint the exact issue, but we've also adjusted our infrastructure scaling to mitigate the slowness. Sept 8th 2022 11:21 AM MST We are still investigating the cause of this issue. Sept 8th 2022 7:50 AM MST The Product team is still investigating. Updates will be provided here as they become available. Sept 7th 2022 11:54 AM MST For multiple applications actions associated with campaigns like editing, navigating, triggering goals, etc are extremely delayed.

Landing Page Link Security Issue

Landing Pages display an Error from Cloudflare: NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID Also when you click through to the Landing Page URL and bypass the Error message, the Page displays a "403 Forbidden" message from Cloudflare

KBL messages are failing to send to some contacts

September 14th 2022 3:45 PM PST We have confirmed the cause of the issue and created a fix which is being thoroughly tested. September 14th 2022 1:35 PM PST Our development team is actively investigating this issue. We believe the issue is associated with searching contacts before sending a text message in desktop only. September 14th 2022 12:00 PM PST When users attempt to send a text message from the within the contact record, or the comms tab, the message fails to send for some contacts. Users are reporting a "Message not sent" error or the message just disappears and doesn't send.

Alternative Solution:
This issue occurs only when logged into the desktop application and only when searching for contacts prior to sending a text message. If you're experiencing this issue you can workaround this issue by sending the message from your mobile application.

Negative payments are not saving correctly causing a mismatched amount due

When adding a negative payment to a Max Classic order it says "payment successfully added", but the payment doesn't show up inside the order.
